Described as one of the UK's leading emerging talents in her genre in 2019 she was awarded Top 20 and Ones’ to Watch status. later in the year she received her most significant achievement to date nominated as Urban Music Awards One to Watch.
Her previous release SECRET won over Capital Xtra & ISAWITFIRST as part of a National Search to find UK’s Best Emerging Female Artists. It then received industry recognition as the final Producers Pick of Week from BBC Introducing, a fitting way to end the year.
She’s no stranger to main stages with her band, described at Africa Oye 19 as “being impressive having genuine star potential”. 2018/19 she opened the main stage at Manchester Pride supporting Rita Ora, Alexandra Burke and Sigala.
Her live performance of her original song What You Were Like received BBC1Xtra support and lead to a live interview with DJ Target. Follow up demo Nothing On Me received another play by 1Xtra DJ Ace. Caught Up notched up further national support including GRM Daily.
As we move into 2nd half of 2020 there is a real sense of excitement, her latest single and visual F.Y.I taken from her debut EP out in Nov takes things to a new level.
